Divide the Work into Two Halves
Count 13 stitches from the beginning of the round and place a marker.
On the opposite side, do the same by counting stitches from the end of the round.
You should have 26 stitches on each half.
Part 1
21: dec, 11 sc to the first marker.
Continue on the opposite side starting from the second marker:

Part 2

Leave a long yarn tail for closing the opening.

Finishing
