Carapace

I knitted, joining the rows of sl-st and making ch for lifting, you can also knit in the usual spiral rows.

We start with purple, change the rainbow colors in three rows.

1 row: 6 sc into magic ring

2 row: inc * 6 (12)

3 row: (sc, inc) * 6 (18)

4 row: (2 sc, inc) * 6 (24)

We measure the radius of a flat knitted circle and cut two circles of the corresponding diameter from thick cardboard.

From the fabric cut two circles, a larger diameter than cardboard circles. Align the line “forward needle” along the edge. On the

stick the edge of the cardboard circles double-sided tape, tighten the fabric around the cardboard, fasten.
