Materials Needed:

Yarn: Cotton or acrylic in the desired colors.

Hook: 2.5 mm.

Wooden beads, eye buttons, decorative buttons, satin ribbons, wooden stick.

Maintaining the general amigurumi crocheting principle, I suggest choosing your own color combinations for dolls: hair color, dresses, stockings, and hairstyles.

Arms and Legs:

Start by crocheting wooden beads with peach-colored yarn. Decrease to 6 sc and crochet spirally to the desired length for the arms.

Similarly, crochet the legs, starting by crocheting around the chosen bead color. You can create striped stockings or solid colors by alternating colors.

Fill as you go and insert a wooden stick into the neck hole.

Head-Body (one piece):

Round 1: Magic ring (6 sc).

Round 2: 6 increases (12 sc).

Round 3: (1 sc, increase) – repeat 6 times (18 sc).

Round 4: (2 sc, increase) – repeat 6 times (24 sc).

Round 5: (3 sc, increase) – repeat 6 times (30 sc).

Round 6: (4 sc, increase) – repeat 6 times (36 sc).

Round 7: (5 sc, increase) – repeat 6 times (42 sc).

Rounds 8-14: No changes (42 sc).

Round 15: (5 sc, decrease) – repeat 6 times (36 sc).

Round 16: (4 sc, decrease) – repeat 6 times (30 sc).

Round 17: (3 sc, decrease) – repeat 6 times (24 sc).

Round 18: (2 sc, decrease) – repeat 6 times (18 sc).

Stuff the head-body while crocheting and insert a wooden stick into the neck hole.

Round 19: (1 sc, decrease) – repeat 6 times (12 sc).

Round 20: 6 decreases (6 sc).

Round 21: 6 sc.

Round 22: 6 increases (12 sc).

Round 23: (1 dc, increase) – repeat 6 times (18 sc).

Round 24: (2 dc, increase) – repeat 6 times (24 sc). In this round, crochet the arms simultaneously. If this is difficult, you can sew the arms to the body after finishing crocheting.

Rounds 25-30: No changes (24 sc).

Change the yarn color to white or another chosen color for panties.

Rounds 31-34: No changes (24 sc).

In Round 35, similarly attach the legs (24 sc) or sew them later.

Round 36: 24 sc. Fill and sew with a needle.

Face:

Sew button eyes and embroider eyelashes and a mouth. Cut small circles from felt and glue them as cheeks.

Hairstyle:

You can create various hairstyles. You can also use crocheted beads for ponytails, etc. I really like dolls with braids.

Crochet Wig:

Round 1: Magic ring (6 sc).

Round 2: 6 increases (12 sc).

Round 3: (1 sc, increase) – repeat 6 times (18 sc).

Round 4: (2 sc, increase) – repeat 6 times (24 sc).

Round 5: (3 sc, increase) – repeat 6 times (30 sc).

Round 6: (4 sc, increase) – repeat 6 times (36 sc).

Round 7: (5 sc, increase) – repeat 6 times (42 sc).

Rounds 8-11: No changes around (42 sc).

Turn the work, make a chain stitch as a turning chain, then crochet 22 sc and turn again. Make a turning chain, crochet 22 sc, and turn.

In the next row, decrease one stitch at the beginning and end of the row, meaning crochet two sc together at the beginning and end of the row. Turn and continue with no changes. (20 sc)

Repeat the above step three times, working back and forth, decreasing every other row. The final row should have 12 sc.

Place the wig on the doll’s head and sew it. Create decorative stitches from the crown to the forehead.

In the places where you plan to attach braids, thread pre-cut strands of yarn (the quantity can vary depending on the desired thickness of the braids) and braid them. Secure with bows, knots, or decorations.

Dress:

There can be various dress variations.

With the chosen yarn color, create a chain of 28 chains. Crochet in the round for 8 rows using a slip stitch. Dress the doll.

In the next row, make symmetrical decreases to make the dress snugly fit the torso. Crochet one row with no decreases.

For the final row, create a chain as a turning chain, then crochet 4 sc, make a loop of 6 chains, skip one stitch, and single crochet 5 together. Make another loop of 6 chains and crochet 4 sc. Close the row and fasten off.

Attach the thread to the beginning of the chain (around the waist of the dress) and crochet one row of 28 sc. The next row is a frill: Skip 1 stitch from the previous row, then crochet 6 sc with 2 yarn overs into the next stitch, skip 1 stitch, crochet 1 sc. Repeat to the end of the row.

Sew a decorative button or bow on the dress.

Your doll is ready! Crochet and delight your little princesses! There are no limitations to using this toy. Crochet and bring joy to yourself and children. When using this pattern, don’t forget to mention the author; I would appreciate it.
